A day of team building, new experiences and plenty of laughs!
Last week, our latest cohort of apprentices, their mentors and our colleagues from Vision West Nottinghamshire College headed out for a team-building day designed to build relationships, strengthen teamwork and have some fun along the way.
The day started at Yeaveley Estate in Ashbourne, where the group tried their hand at clay pigeon shooting, archery, axe throwing, rifle shooting and crossbow shooting, followed by a well-earned lunch.
Then it was on to Rapid Horizons Ltd in Cromford, where everyone took to the water for an afternoon of rafting!
The weather may not have been on our side, but that certainly didn’t dampen spirits. There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughs and a great opportunity for our apprentices, mentors and college colleagues to connect outside the workplace.
A brilliant day all round! Huge thanks to everybody involved in organising the day !
